1. First, part your hair into two sections. To make the look softer, I like to make a diagonal part in the front (starting sort of near the arch of my left eyebrow, going towards the middle of the crown) and then bring the part straight down the back.

2. Braid the two ponytails, and secure each with a small rubber band.

3. Make sure the tops of the braids are pretty loose (you don't want that part pulled too tight or you'll be able to see the part line going down the back).

4. Take the braid on the right and wrap it around the front. Wrap it low and loose near your front hairline (versus on the top of your head).

5. Pin the braid in place with bobby pins. I like to use mini ones, but if you have thick or unruly hair, bigger pins will work better.

6. Take the second braid and wrap it around the back. Again, I like to keep it low and loose so it sort of flows into the front braid.

7. Pin in place. If your hair is long enough, tuck the end of each braids behind the other braid, and pin to hold. Voila!

1. Divide your hair into two sections, from one ear to another.
2. Pin up the top section, just to keep it out of the way.
3. Pull the bottom section into a ponytail.
4. Twist the pony tail into a small bun and pin flat against your head.
5. Now unpin the top section, begin dividing it into small strands.
6. Fold the strands in half and pin them up underneath, try your best to hide the bobby pins!
7. Once you've pinned all the strands, carefully use a curling iron to flip the strands out just a little. This will make them look more natural.
8. Add any accessories or pin any loose pieces and you're done!

1 - Start with a dramatic side part.
2 - Separate a small section of hair on the side. This will be the beginning of your braid.
3 - Taking that section, separate it into two smaller sections.
4 - Using a fishtail braid method, begin braiding.
5 - Continue the french braid until you reach behind the ear. Then finish your braid all the way down using the regular fishtail method.
6 - Gather hair into a side ponytail and add accessories like headbands, barrettes or flowers!

Temporary Hot Pink Tips Hair Tutorial

Howto give yourself a Temporary Hot Pink Tips Hair Tutorial
Temporary Hot Pink Tips Posted on oh so pretty the diaries

Steps :
  1. Wet your hair where you want the color to be.
  2. Twist your hair and stroke with a soft pastel (like the chalky kind you create art with.)
  3. Let hair dry and run a brush through the hair to remove excess chalk.
  4. Style your hair in a way where it will not move a lot. It is best to braid your hair or pin it up in a bun to save your clothes from forming into the color of your hair.

WARNING - Your hands will more than likely end up like this... But with some soap and water it washes right off.
